Tirumala Tirupathi is one of the biggest Pilgrim center in entire South India. Devotees all over the world pay a visit to Tirumala Tirupathi at least once in their life time. Everyday huge crowd of devotees can be seen in Tirumala Tirupathi. Reports are stating that Tirupathi is the most income yielding Pilgrim center in South India. From the past few years, TTD authorities are striving hard to increase more publicity and income to the temple by reducing the rest time for God.

It seems that the temple authorities are allowing devotees for more than 22 hours a day giving just 2 hrs rest for God. Recently, chinna jeeyar Swamy opposed TTD on this issue which raised the curtains for new controversies. Yesterday Chinnajeeyar Swamy strongly opposed TTD board for reducing the rest time for lord venkateswara. As per Sastras, TTD board shouldn’t allow devotees to go into the temple for blessing after 10 PM as Lord Venkateshwara will be in “Pavalimpu Seva” and we shouldn’t disturb the God after that span of time.

This version of Chinnajeeyar Swamy was opposed by most of the TTD pandits. They are saying that the present TTD sevas timnings are as per the sasthra’s. They critisied Chinnajeeyar for controversing lord balaji seva timings. This fight between TTD authorities and Chinnajeeyar Swamy is hurting the devotees of Lord Venkateshwara.
